BFUB – Competition Management & Computer-Based Test Platform
A web-based competition management platform that integrates participant registration, question management, token-based computer-based testing, assessment, and centralized result reporting.
Project Overview
BFUB is a digital platform designed to manage the entire competition process from a centralized web application. It provides two main experiences: an administrator dashboard for managing competition operations and a participant dashboard for taking online examinations. Administrators can create and manage competition categories, register and manage participants, import participant data from spreadsheets, create different types of questions, generate examination tokens, monitor participant activity, review answers, and manage competition results. The platform also supports data export for administrative reporting and documentation. Participants can register, complete their profiles, log in to the system, enter a competition token, and take a Computer-Based Test (CBT). The system supports multiple-choice, short-answer, and essay questions. Participant answers are stored securely and can be reviewed by administrators, including manual assessment for short-answer and essay responses. The application uses a separated frontend and backend architecture, allowing authentication, competition management, examination workflows, assessment, and reporting features to be developed and maintained in a modular way.
